July 1, 2011 – Silverton, OR (continued)
Friday was a nice, warm sunshiny day – yeah! We decided to get some laundry done in the morning and after lunch we took the kayaks to Silverton Reservoir. This is a really nice, small reservoir completely surrounded by large pine trees. We kayaked all around the reservoir and upstream in Silver Creek a short distance until it got to shallow for the kayaks. It was a really nice, relaxing afternoon.
